In 20-plus years of fighting poverty through employment, Cincinnati Works has found a model that addresses the dual challenge of poverty and labor shortages: one-on-one support for the working poor. Through the NETWORK Association, 23 organizations across 11 states have adopted the Cincinnati Works Business Model.

Since they opened their doors in 1996, Cincinnati Works has offered lifetime coaching for all of their clients, whom they call Members. In recent years, Cincinnati Works has brought that coaching to workplaces throughout Greater Cincinnati to great effect. When combined with other simple, cost-effective strategies to address barriers for frontline workers, they have created brighter futures for those workers and their employers.
