The NETWORK, along with Cincinnati Works, is proud to announce it has been selected to participate in Stand Together’s Catalyst Program, joining a growing network of more than 130 organizations that are transforming communities across the country and helping people break the cycle of poverty.
The Catalyst Program is a highly selective six-month management training and mentorship program that is designed to increase the effectiveness and scale of high-performing, community-based non-profits. Cynthia Lamb, President of the NETWORK, and Peggy Zink, President & CEO of Cincinnati Works, will participate in the program. The accompanying grant will help fund the NETWORK in its efforts to eliminate poverty across America.
“We are honored that Stand Together sees the potential for growing our impact locally and replicating our model nationally,” Lamb said. “This is an exciting opportunity to connect with forward-thinking leaders across the country and help us build capacity and awareness.”
Cincinnati Works has helped more than 8,000 individuals develop the soft skills to find and keep a stable job, and more than 70 percent of its clients who find a job are able to retain it for a year or more. With the help of the NETWORK Association, 23 organizations across the country have adopted the Cincinnati Works Business Model of one-to-one, lifetime coaching.
